COVID-19 Protocols

Cape Senior Services is committed to protecting our Seniors who are vulnerable to the very contagious COVID-19 virus as well as the flu while providing senior caregiving services. We ask that all of our clients join us in this effort to protect Seniors in our community.

Our office staff have been fully vaccinated including receiving the booster. In addition, our office staff has received the flu shot. Our staff of caregivers providing in-home companion care who are not vaccinated will be required to wear masks and none of our caregivers will be allowed to provide care if they are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 or other illness. All caregivers must answer covid screenings prior to entering any client's home.

We ask that anyone who is experiencing symptoms of covid to kindly call the office to cancel their appointment or, if possible, switch to telehealth. Clients who enter our building will be asked some screening questions to assess if they have any covid symptoms or if they have been exposed to COVID-19.
We are following the CDC’s guidance on COVID-19 protocols.
